Last month, Ferro Corp.’s (NYSE: FOE) former headquarters in downtown Cleveland was sold to Parkwood Corp, an investment firm formed by the Mandel brothers, who built and sold the former Premier Industrial Corp. in the city’s Midtown neighborhood.
